Which OBD-II adapters work with Redge?
Any quality Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) OBD-II adapter that supports ELM327 protocol. We'll publish a comprehensive compatibility list before launch, including recommended models tested by our team.
What platforms does Redge support?
We're launching on iOS first with SwiftUI, followed by Android. Both platforms will have feature parity and seamless data sync across devices.
How does Redge affect battery life?
Redge is designed to be battery-efficient. We automatically pause data collection when your vehicle stops and optimize Bluetooth reconnections to minimize power consumption.
Which vehicles are supported?
Redge works with both cars and motorcycles that have OBD-II ports (most vehicles manufactured after 1996). We support additional sensors for motorcycles when available.
How is my driving data protected?
Your data stays on your device by default. We don't track your location or sell data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time directly from the app.
What will Redge cost?
We're exploring both freemium and premium subscription models. Early waitlist members will receive special pricing and exclusive features. Basic telemetry will always be free.
